Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase from RETAIL TEMPS. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully.


🛍️ Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in its original packaging, with all tags attached

Be returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards

Personalised or custom-made items

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Used or washed clothing

Opened toys or accessories (for hygiene and safety reasons)


💰 Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 7–10 business days after approval.

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.


🚚 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless:

The item arrived damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


📦 How to Return an Item

.  We’ll respond with return instructions.

.  Package your item securely and ship it to the return address we provide.


❗ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue and offer a replacement or full refund.
